Article 1 (Purpose)

1. These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as “the Terms”) apply to User (hereinafter referred to as “User”) who use “Days AI” (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”), which is operated by Meltly, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “our Company”). User uses the Service after agreeing to the Terms and Privacy Policy.
2. These Terms of Use set out the conditions for use of the Service. User who has registered as User in accordance with Article 3, Paragraph 1 will use the Service in accordance with the conditions set out in these Terms of Use, depending on their age, usage environment, etc.
3. By agreeing to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, a contract (as defined in the following article) is formed between our Company and the User.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The following terms used in these Terms and Conditions shall have the meanings set forth in the following items.

• “Agreement": This refers to the contract for use of the Service, which is concluded between our Company and User, with these Terms as the terms and conditions of the contract.
• “User": Refers to all those who have registered to use the Service.
• “User Information": This refers to the ID and password of the user who has registered for the Service.
• “Communication devices” refers to smartphones, tablet devices and computer equipment.

Article 3 (User Registration)

1. Those who wish to become Users of the Service must agree to the terms of this Agreement and the Privacy Policy, and then register as a User in accordance with the procedures specified by our Company.
2. If any changes occur to the information registered in accordance with the previous section, the User is obliged to immediately carry out the procedure for changing the registered information.
3. Our Company may, at its discretion, refuse to register Users. In such cases, our Company is under no obligation to disclose the reasons for such refusal.
4. Users may not use, lend, transfer, sell, pawn, etc. their accounts on the Service to third parties.
